There are 7 main Chakras which align with the spine and correspond with certain feelings, emotions and colors. Starting at the base there is the red Root Chakra (Muladhara), orange Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana ), yellow Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), green Heart Chakra (Anahata), blue Throat Chakra (Vishudha), indigo Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) and purple Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).
